1. Lightly moisten the mold to prevent the rice from sticking (or use plastic wrap).
2. Place the mold on a board or plate and fill it with vinegared sushi rice, adding your chosen topping in the center.
3. Press down gently with the lid to pack the rice.
4. Lift the mold to release the onigiri. That’s it!
